Terms of Service & Ministry Agreement — Healing Souls

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Healing Souls Ministry web services, streaming worship audio, purchasing eBooks or event tickets, or subscribing to our download tiers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Digital Literature & Music Licensing

All music tracks, lyrics, devotional writings, and eBook PDFs remain the intellectual property of Francis Asiedu Boateng & Healing Souls Ministry. Purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive license to read, listen, and worship. Commercial re-distribution, unauthorized re-selling, or piracy is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Music subscriptions (Monthly at GHS 20 and Annual Partner at GHS 200) grant unlimited offline audio file access. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or Paystack with zero penalty fees. Free audio streaming is perpetually available to all visitors without requiring a subscription.

4. Event Ticketing & Entry

Digital tickets with QR codes issued via Healing Souls are valid for single admission per ticket holder at the designated venue. Free registrations and paid tickets must be presented upon entry.

5. Ministry Merchandise Delivery

Physical store merchandise is fulfilled within Ghana and internationally. You will receive real-time delivery status updates in your account dashboard under My Library.

6. Voluntary Giving & Seeds Sown

Offerings and donations given through the Give portal are voluntary gifts to support gospel worship outreaches, music production, and charitable crusades.
